Two years later in the fall of 1974 a new 50'x100' building was constructed on South Applegate Rd. In 1980 as the business continued to grow, John brought in more pipe, and now offered Schedule 40 PVC as well as SDR35, and polyethylene water line. That same year he again changed the name, from Johnny's Tank Service to Johnny's Wholesale Service. Then after 33 years of running the business he retired in 1990, followed shortly by his wife, Alice. Once retired, the business was left to John's son, Rich Neno Sr,and again the name was changed, this time to Johnny's Wholesale Incorporated. Rich, having worked in the family business since a child, continues to manage Johnny's Wholesale Inc.

In 1993 Warren Concrete filed for bankruptcy and Johnny's Wholesale became a distributor for Sunnycrest Precast Concrete. This becomes the first time Johnny's Wholesale does not offer a round septic tank, and instead offers the first vault style tanks in it's history. There were several years where Rich attempted to sell other round concrete tanks, but due to design flaws, was forced to offer only the vault design.
